"Our family was stranded after hitting a deer and we would've had to deal with an insane ordeal to get to the nearest town 1.5hours away, get a rental, and drive the 1.5 hours back to pick up our family just to drive all the way back again. Our driver Kim was friendly and helpful, she was professional and kind. She saved us at least 4 hours by taking our entire family (dog included). So grateful."
